Leads call after hours, or while your team is with a patient or a customer. The first business to answer usually wins the booking, and a voicemail often doesn’t get called back.
What it will do
- Answer calls outside your opening hours, and when your team is busy.
- Ask a few questions to find out what the caller needs.
- Book the appointment.
- Text you a summary, so you start the next day knowing who called and what happened.
Where it stands
Missed Calls is in pilot. We’re building and testing it now, and it has not yet been delivered to a paying client. We’d rather say that plainly than overpromise.
When
We’re planning for it to be ready in November 2026. If that changes, we’ll update this post.
