AI Concierge follows the same path every time: assess, optimize, then automate.
- Free 15-minute assessment. We listen for one obvious bottleneck and point you at a quick fix. Sometimes that’s an off-the-shelf tool and you don’t need to buy anything from us.
- Paid audit. A deep-dive interview into how your business actually runs. You get a written report that ranks every opportunity by effort and impact, and a plan to act on the quickest wins first. The audit fee is credited back if you move forward with a retainer.
- Managed automation. We build custom AI agents for your actual workflow, host them, monitor them and keep them updated. You don’t manage the AI. We do.
What it costs you in commitment
The managed retainer runs month to month. You keep us because it’s working, not because you signed a long contract.
What comes out of an audit
The agents we build depend on what the audit finds. Typical patterns are a lead-response agent that drafts a reply within minutes, a renewal and follow-up tracker, and a meeting-to-action agent that turns a call into a task list. These are examples of the pattern, not a fixed menu.
