New: Win Back Past Customers

Automated campaigns that turn lapsed customers into rebookings. Rezinet's newest service, and how it works.

Every small business has a list of people who came in once or twice and never came back. They didn’t leave angry. They got busy, and nobody followed up.

Today we’re launching Win Back Past Customers: automated campaigns that turn lapsed customers into rebookings.

What we do

You give us a list of customers who haven’t been back in a while: name, email and the date of their last visit. Nothing else.

We write a short comeback sequence in your voice. You approve every word. Then we send it from your own domain, so it looks like it came from you and replies land in your inbox. Rebookings come back to you by reply or booking link.

What you do

Approve the emails. That’s it. There’s no software to learn and nothing to log into.

What it can look like

Here’s an example with made-up numbers. Say 600 customers haven’t been back in 6 to 24 months. If 3 in 100 rebook once at $90, that’s 18 visits and $1,620 from emails you didn’t have to write.

Your numbers will be different. We work them out with you in a free 15-minute assessment, and if the maths doesn’t work for your business, we’ll tell you.

Who it’s for

Businesses where one repeat visit is worth real money and you already know who your customers are: salons, studios, repair shops, trades and home-service companies, and similar. The details are on the Win Back Past Customers page.

How we keep it clean

  • We only email people you have a right to email, and we check the list before anything sends.
  • Every email carries your name and a working unsubscribe link.
  • We use the minimum data: name, email and last-visit date.
